Welcome to Help With Axway!!!
I’ve decided to use this space to offer my services in consulting on Axway’s products - specifically the Synchrony Suite (Gateway, Secure Relay, Integrator, Sentinel, Composer, etc.). I know how expensive Professional Services (PSO) can be, and given the heavily detailed level to which I and my colleagues have been exposed to the inter-most workings of these (and many other products), it seemed only logical to offer affordable (and sometimes free) help to those who need it.
On the site we will make available resources that would help in identifying, troubleshooting, and fixing issues with the products mentioned above (and others), as well as resources for keeping these products running smoothly when there aren’t any issues. We will also make available affordable services to aid you in these goals. Whether you need to certify transmission protocols for production file transfers, need to develop a patch/service pack release plan, have a big upgrade you’d like help with, need a heavily customized training class at an affordable rate, or even need a simple health assessment of the products, we can help.
Our services are not limited to these items. We can help customize and automate procedures, help with enterprise sytem monitoring (ESM) related specifically to the Axway software, and basically do anything else that you may need to ensure smooth operation of your business. We can also provide support for issues and answer questions should your agreement with Axway support not cover something, or if you need something looked at immediately.
