Helpwithaxway.com started as the first website hosting a forum specifically dedicated to Axway products that was open to the public. The idea was free and open communication between users of Axway’s software, prompted primarily by my desire to share solutions to problems I encountered, and get answers from users who may have experienced things I haven’t.
While the website received a tremendous number of visitors, there was a surprisingly underwhelming number of actual posts, and members to the site. When Axway launched it’s http://forums.axway.com site the need for the forums at helpwithaxway.com decreased greatly. I decided to launch the site in it’s current interation as a way to provide more detailed help than is available at the forums, or with certain customers support packages.
Having worked so extensively with the Axway products, and gone through thousands of hours (literally) of troubleshooting, documentation, planning, administration, and everything else that can possibly be done with the software, the most logical thing to do is help other Axway customers with the knowledge I’ve gained. I have received certifications in Axway’s Gateway Interchange, Synchrony Gateway, Synchrony/Sentinel and composer, and advanced training in Synchrony Integrator and general Axway support. The combination of training and experience provide an excellent basis for providing professional support services at a highly discounted rate.
