Environmental Analysis/Health Assessments - We will examine your environment and create a list of everything that we notice - good, bad, or other. The primary goal of such an analysis would be to identify areas for improvement, specifically with regards to stability and scalability. This could include everything from Operating Level settings to the configuration of the actual products, and their components. The Environmental Analysis may also be termed a Health Assessment, in that we provide information aimed at ensuring your systems are optimized and running in the best shape they can be. Assessments can be done remotely, or on site, and with very little notice.
Upgrade Planning/Implementation - Upgrades can be a scary process. We will work with you to ensure that if a software upgrade is necessary or desired, all components involved will be compatible after the upgrade. Having encountered dozens of problem and issues surrounding upgrades there is not a whole lot we have not seen. We can do everything from validate your upgrade plan to help you create an entirely new one optimized for best practices. This means that if you simply need a 2 hour Gateway training session on transfers to and from remote sites and transfering files using different protocols, we can focus just on that and none of the stuff in the standard training modules that don’t pertain to you. While we can’t offer certification, we can definitely ensure that you get what you need out of training by working on multiple products at the same time, and working with real life examples.
